Job summary

Delta Housing in the United Kingdom is seeking a Planner to coordinate resources across trades teams, schedule works and handle administrative, financial and data analysis duties to support Operations.

You will act as an ambassador for Delta Housing values, ensure accurate customer information, and help implement efficient planning procedures while working in a hybrid office environment after an initial training period.

Qualifications

• GCSEs or equivalent literacy and numeracy level.
• Experience with office systems, repairs reporting, maintenance or scheduling.
• Strong IT skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Customer-focused environment with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resources across trades teams and contractors to meet objectives.
• Schedule works, projects and inspections and manage materials and logistics.
• Support Operations with administrative, financial and analytical tasks.
• Develop customer-focused procedures to streamline planning and support services.
• Maintain accurate property data and provide customer advice.
