Job summary

Delta Housing is seeking a Planner for a temporary up-to-12-month FTC in Chelmsford. You will coordinate resources across trades teams and contractors, schedule works and inspections, and manage materials, logistics and waste to maximise productivity and service quality.

You will also model Delta Housing values and support customers with accurate information and guidance. The role requires office literacy, numeracy and strong IT skills, with experience in repairs or scheduling and an ability to

Qualifications

• Good literacy and numeracy proven by GCSEs or equivalent.
• Experience with office systems, preferably repairs or scheduling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Customer-focused with ability to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate resources across all trades teams and contractors to meet business objectives.
• Effectively schedule all works, projects and inspections and organise materials, logistics, equipment and waste.
• Act as ambassador to Delta Housing values, informing customers and providing guidance and support.
