Job summary

United Infrastructure Group in Warrington is seeking a Planner to schedule and coordinate engineering activities, ensuring PPM and reactive works meet SLAs. You will allocate resources, confirm site access, and manage materials to prevent delays.

Working with the Operations Manager and Demand Lead, you will optimise engineer plans, monitor data in Maximo and Oracle, and escalate risks. The role offers hybrid working with four days in the office and one from home.

Qualifications

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with CAFM systems.
• Planning or scheduling experience using internal systems and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of hard services or facilities management desirable.
• Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule jobs in line with timeframes and SLAs.
• Identify required site access, engineer skills, and materials prior to allocation.
• Escalate risks that may impact delivery timelines and coordinate mitigations.
• Oversee data quality in Maximo and Oracle to ensure clear narratives.
