Job summary

Places for People invites applications for a role coordinating and planning work for the internal workforce, including planned tasks, investments, compliance events and responsive repairs in occupied or empty homes.

You will use our scheduling database to optimize the agile operative workforce, manage subcontractor relationships and ensure timely communication with customers, while keeping GDPR-compliant records and real-time updates for Field Opera Managers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or customer facing role.
• Experience using a scheduling database.
• Experience managing multiple activities across occupied and empty properties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and plan work for the internal workforce including planned tasks, investments, and compliance events.
• Manage responsive repairs such as gas and empty homes and improve customer service.
• Keep systems accurate with real-time information and GDPR compliant data.
• Provide training and support, deliver timely forecasts to Field Opera Managers.
• Manage repair requests within agreed timescales and liaise with operatives and supervisors.
