Job summary

United Infrastructure Ltd. is seeking a Planner to coordinate and schedule engineering activities, ensuring PPM and reactive works meet SLAs. You will work hybrid, four days in the office and one day from home, collaborating with the Demand Lead and Operations Manager to optimise resources and timelines.

The role requires CAFM experience, strong Excel skills, and a proactive approach to risk management and data quality in Maximo/Oracle. A-Level or equivalent education is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule jobs in line with demand lead timeframes.
• Ensure site access, engineer skills, and materials are ready.
• Identify and escalate risks affecting delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager to optimise planning.
• Deliver PPM and reactive works within SLAs.
• Maintain data quality in Maximo and Oracle with clear narratives.
