WPS in Walton-on-Thames is seeking a Planner to organise and coordinate our multi-skilled engineers and supply chain, delivering top-notch service daily.

You’ll plan diaries, produce performance reports, keep work-in-progress on target, and communicate with clients and teams, while supporting supervisors with smart scheduling and a customer-first mindset. DBS checks may apply; learn and grow in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel & IT skills.
• Great written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prioritise and manage own workload.
• Commercial awareness with a customer-first mindset.
• Experience in producing reports and managing diaries.
• A clean driving licence is a bonus.

Responsabilités

• Plan diaries to keep our workforce productive and efficient.
• Create performance reports to track progress and success.
• Keep work-in-progress low and on target.
• Communicate with clients and teams to keep everything flowing.
• Support supervisors and site teams with scheduling.
• Spot areas for improvement and suggest solutions.
