David Lloyd Clubs in Leicester is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a busy premium health and wellness club, ensuring outstanding service seven days a week. You will act as Duty Manager, oversee health & safety, compliance, and drive member satisfaction while developing a welcoming, high-performing team.

• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail, sporting or leisure).
• Experience leading multiple functions with varying challenges and goals.
