Job summary

David Lloyd Leicester is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the club's daily operations, ensuring a high standard of service and an outstanding member experience seven days a week.

You will act as Duty Manager, guiding a team to uphold health & safety compliance, drive engagement, and foster an inclusive environment where staff and members thrive together.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility such as a restaurant, attraction or leisure facility.
• Experience leading multiple functions with varying challenges and goals.
• Experience of financial planning and management.
• Passionate about delivering great customer service and experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as Duty Manager and lead a DL Club operations team to deliver excellent member experiences daily.
• Ensure health & safety and compliance regulations are followed to maximise member satisfaction.
• Oversee service delivery across the club, driving consistency, quality and inclusivity.
