Job summary

David-Lloyd-Clubs is seeking an Operations Manager at our Leicester club to oversee daily operations and ensure a premium member experience every day of the week.

You will regularly act as Duty Manager, lead a diverse team, and uphold health & safety standards while driving continuous improvement and staff development.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable depts.
• Experience of financial planning and management.

Responsibilities

• Act as Duty Manager and lead the team to deliver a high-quality member experience seven days a week.
• Ensure health & safety and regulatory compliance across the club.
• Drive operational excellence and support career development for staff.
