You will oversee service delivery, health and safety, and ensure compliance while driving performance across departments.

You will regularly act as Duty Manager, motivating a diverse team, managing budgets, and championing customer service excellence to foster an inclusive, high-performing club culture.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility such as a leisure/fitness venue.
• Ability to lead multiple functions with varying goals across departments.
• Experience in financial planning and budget management.
• Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and operate the club to deliver outstanding member experience seven days a week.
• Regularly act as Duty Manager, ensuring health & safety and regulatory compliance.
• Drive performance across departments and manage diverse teams to meet targets.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, and service delivery improvements to enhance member satisfaction.
