Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Ltd in Raynes Park seeks an Operations Manager to lead and operate a DL Club, ensuring every day delivers an exceptional member experience. You will regularly act as Duty Manager and, with your team, maintain health and safety standards, compliance, and smooth service delivery seven days a week.

You will manage a large operational service delivery facility, drive cross-functional teams across departments, plan finances, and develop talent.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, leisure facility).
• Ability to lead multiple functions with varied goals across departments.
• Experience in financial planning and management.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Regularly act as Duty Manager and lead daily club operations.
• Ensure health & safety and compliance standards are met.
• Maximise member experience through service excellence.
• Develop and support club team to achieve targets and standards.

• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable depts.
