Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Ltd in Kingston is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a premium DL Club, ensure exceptional member experiences and maintain high health and safety standards on a daily basis. You will act as Duty Manager and guide staff to deliver service excellence seven days a week.

The role requires experience managing large facilities, cross-functional leadership, and strong financial planning skills, with a passion for people and customer service.

Qualifications

• Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable depts.
• Experience of financial planning and management.
• Passionate about customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and operate a premium DL Club to deliver an excellent member experience every day, 7 days a week.
• Act as Duty Manager and oversee health & safety and regulatory compliance with your team.
• Drive operational delivery, guest satisfaction and performance through effective team leadership.
