Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Greater London is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a large premium health and wellness facility. You will regularly act as Duty Manager, driving service delivery, health & safety compliance, and maximising member experience seven days a week.

You will manage a team across functions, oversee financial planning, and foster an inclusive culture with opportunities for career development. Free club membership for you and your family is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, leisure facility).
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across departments.

Responsibilities

• Leader of daily operations to deliver exceptional member experience seven days a week.
• Act as Duty Manager, ensuring health & safety and compliance throughout the club.
• Oversee financial planning and management for the facility, coordinating with senior management.
