Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Ltd in Oxford is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead a busy club, drive member satisfaction and deliver an outstanding experience 7 days a week.

You will work closely with the General Manager to implement strategies that hit club targets, optimise service delivery, and ensure stringent health and safety and compliance across the club. This role offers career progression within Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Experience leading multiple functions with varied challenges and goals across departments.
• Experience in financial planning and management.
• Passionate about customer service and delivering a great member experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop club teams to deliver exceptional member experiences seven days a week.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to drive club targets and improve service delivery.
• Oversee health & safety and compliance to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
