Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction across multiple residential sites, ensuring alignment with organisational vision and Ofsted standards.
  • Develop and deliver a regional growth strategy, including new service openings and optimisation of existing homes.
  • Lead, mentor, and empower Registered Managers to deliver consistently high-quality, child-centred care.
  • Maintain robust governance and accountability frameworks as the Responsible Individual (RI).
  • Analyse performance metrics and operational data to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Collaborate effectively with senior leadership to shape and influence long-term service delivery models., Career-defining role shaping the future direction of a growing, stable provider.
