One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for an Operations Manager/Lead (ERP Systems).

Role Description
  • Project Planning Execution Plan schedule and execute projects to meet deadlines and quality standards super
  • DaytoDay Operations Oversee daily activities assign tasks and monitor progress for efficiency
  • Process Improvement Develop and implement operational strategies policies and procedures to enhance productivity
  • Budget Resource Management Manage budgets inventory and resources effectively
  • Data Analysis Analyze operational metrics to identify trends and improvement areas
  • Leadership Mentorship Guide and coach team members fostering a culture of excellence
  • Compliance Risk Management Ensure adherence to company policies safety standards and regulatory requirements
  • Stakeholder Collaboration Work cross functionally with other departments and vendors to achieve organizational objectives
