We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead the Leeds Service Centre into its next phase of growth and operational excellence. This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll shape strategy, optimise processes, and inspire a high‑performing team to deliver exceptional results for our customers.

Our Leeds facility is a key hub within Sulzer’s UK network, specialising in electromechanical services for rotating equipment. The centre provides expert repair, overhaul, and maintenance for motors, pumps, and other critical assets, supporting industries such as power generation, water, and manufacturing. With advanced workshop capabilities and a skilled team, Leeds ensures reliability and performance for our customers.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:
