Job summary

Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to lead a DL Club and ensure exceptional member experiences daily.

You will oversee operations, act as Duty Manager, and work with the team to uphold health and safety and regulatory compliance while driving customer service excellence and club performance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable departments.
• Experience of financial planning and management.
• Passionate about customer service.
• People-focused and accountable for leading and operating a successful club.

About the Role

This role leads and operates a successful DL Club, ensuring members receive an excellent experience every day, seven days a week.
