MAGMAS is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a premium DL Club, ensuring an outstanding member experience every day. You will act as Duty Manager, manage teams, and drive health and safety compliance while delivering service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large operational service delivery facilities such as restaurants, attractions, or leisure venues.
• Experience with financial planning and management.
• Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsabilités

• Lead and operate a DL Club to deliver a premium member experience seven days a week.
• Regularly act as Duty Manager, guiding the team to uphold health, safety and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate across functions to meet goals and improve service delivery.
• Create an inclusive culture where staff feel supported and valued.

You will regularly act as Duty Manager, and alongside your team, ensure health & safety and compliance regulations are adhered to, maximising member experience.

About You

• Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable depts.
• Experience of financial planning and management.
• Passionate about customer service.
