David Lloyd Leisure Ltd. in Raynes Park is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and operate a DL Club, ensuring seven-day-a-week delivery of an outstanding member experience.

You will regularly act as Duty Manager, oversee health and safety, and drive service quality while managing a busy, people-focused facility. The role requires experience running a large operational service delivery facility, cross-functional leadership, financial planning and a passion for customer service.

Qualifications

• Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., leisure, retail or hospitality).
• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals.
• Experience of financial planning and management.
• Passionate about customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and operate a DL Club to deliver an excellent member experience seven days a week.
