David Lloyd Leisure Ltd. in Kingston is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a busy DL Club and deliver outstanding member experiences seven days a week. You will oversee day-to-day operations, supervise staff, and act as Duty Manager to uphold service quality and safety standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership of multiple functions, financial planning and a passion for customer service, with opportunities for career development within our premium health and wellness network.

Qualifications

• Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable depts.
• Experience of financial planning and management.
• Passionate about customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and operate a DL Club to provide excellent member experience, 7 days a week.
