David Lloyd Clubs in Leicester is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a large premium club and deliver an outstanding experience for members seven days a week. You will regularly act as Duty Manager and work with your team to ensure safety, compliance and smooth service.

• Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable depts.
• Experience of financial planning and management.
• Passionate about customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and operate a DL Club to deliver daily member experiences.
• Act as Duty Manager and oversee safety, compliance and service quality.
• Collaborate with teams across functions to meet targets.
