Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Wimbledon is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a premium leisure facility and ensure outstanding member experiences seven days a week. The role involves acting as Duty Manager, overseeing safety, compliance, and service delivery with a people-focused approach.

You will manage multiple functions, drive customer-centric improvements, and work with a team to create an inclusive, thriving club environment where staff can grow and members feel valued.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility.
• Experience leading multiple functions and departments.
• Experience in financial planning and management.
• Passionate about customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and operate a DL Club to deliver excellent member experience each day.
• Act as Duty Manager and ensure health & safety and compliance.
• Oversee service delivery across functions to meet targets and KPI s.
