Job summary

MAGMAS is seeking a General Manager to lead club operations and deliver an exceptional member experience every day. You will drive a culture of excellence, collaborate with regional teams, and implement action plans to improve performance against key metrics.

You will oversee a large team, including managers, and bring strong financial planning and customer-service focus to the role. A pathway for career advancement and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience running a large service facility.
• Experience leading large teams including managers.
• Strong financial planning and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate our clubs to ensure an excellent member experience daily (7 days a week).

Whilst always leading a culture of excellence, you will work alongside club support and your regional management team to share your knowledge and expertise to not only ensure ways of working, but create and implement club actions and improvements plans against key metrics.

About You

• Is an inspirational leader with collaboration skills.
• Has proven experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Experience managing a large team of employees, including Managers.
• Exposure to financial planning and management.
• A passionate about customer service.
