Provide leadership, support, and mentoring that will be instrumental in driving the success of the homes and aligning operations with the company vision and values.

Ensure that the care homes within your remit are compliant with regulatory requirements, delivering high-quality care and excellent service to residents.

Ensure Registered Managers work towards achieving financial and business objectives.

Participate in Audit and action planning.

To support the Registered Managers and respective teams to maintain the smooth running of the services.

About You
