Are you an experienced logistics leader ready to take charge of warehouse operations? As Operations Manager, you'll oversee daily performance, drive process improvements, and ensure high-quality distribution services. Working closely with other departments, you'll manage resources, support team development, and help shape a smooth and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth, continuous, and efficient operations within the assigned department
• Monitor, manage, and continuously optimize operational costs
• Plan and secure the resources needed to execute all processes within the area of responsibility
• Contribute to budget planning, ensure adherence to budget assumptions, and set and support the achievement of departmental goals
• Lead, coordinate, and develop team members while ensuring optimal allocation of staff and resources
• Maintain and further develop warehousing and distribution processes
• Ensure expected quality standards and service levels are consistently met
• Initiate and implement improvement projects as well as develop new standards and procedures
