Job summary

LKQ is seeking a Duty Manager to join our branch leadership team in the United Kingdom. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations across retail, warehouse and fleet, driving service quality, stock accuracy and operational performance.

You will coach and develop a high-performing team, lead safety and compliance, and uphold the branch’s standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a retail, warehouse, logistics or distribution setting.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to work across a branch network.
• Demonstrated ability to manage KPIs and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day branch operations across retail, warehouse and fleet.
• Coach, motivate and develop colleagues; run daily team briefings.
• Drive safe, compliant and cost-efficient operations; manage stock and KPIs.
• Oversee customer service, Click & Collect, deliveries and fleet readiness.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and succession planning.
• Maintain branch standards, safety, and a positive culture.
