LKQ is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our branch leadership team. You will lead day-to-day operations across retail, warehouse and fleet, drive customer-focused service and develop a high-performing team.

Ambitious leaders with a track record in retail, logistics or distribution, plus a full UK driving licence, are encouraged to apply. This on-site role offers a varied, hands-on leadership career with opportunities across the UK & Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
• Experience supervising in retail, warehouse, logistics or distribution.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience managing KPIs and operational performance.
• Customer-focused mindset with a drive to deliver outstanding service.
• Knowledge of stock control and operational processes.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to influence business performance.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day branch operations across retail, warehouse and fleet.
• Coordinate resources to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Drive operational excellence by maintaining company standards and procedures.
• Manage stock accuracy, inventory control and stock-take activities.
• Ensure pick-to-manifest targets and customer service SLAs are met.
• Oversee returns, warranties and reverse logistics processes.
• Support Click & Collect and delivery operations.
• Ensure fleet compliance and vehicle readiness.
