Job summary

LKQ Europe is seeking a Duty Manager to join our branch leadership team in the United Kingdom. You will report to the Branch Manager and oversee retail, warehouse and fleet operations, guiding a multi-skilled team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will lead safe and efficient operations, drive performance against targets and develop colleagues through coaching and recruitment support. A full UK driving licence is required and a customer-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory or management within retail, warehouse, logistics or distribution.
• A full UK driving licence is required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• As Duty Manager, lead day-to-day branch operations across retail, warehouse and fleet.
• Coach and develop colleagues, manage recruitment and performance conversations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards.
• Monitor KPIs, costs, payroll and productivity; drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure safety, compliance and accurate stock and cash handling.
