Job summary

LKQ Europe is looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join our branch leadership team in the United Kingdom. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will lead day-to-day operations across retail, warehouse and fleet, delivering safe, efficient and commercially focused service.

You will coach and develop colleagues, manage stock and KPIs, and maintain high standards of customer experience. This role offers strong career progression, enhanced annual leave and a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Experienced people leader with a passion for operational excellence and customer service.
• Supervisory/management experience in retail, warehouse, logistics or distribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across retail, warehouse and fleet.
• Coordinate resources for smooth, efficient operations and high service levels.
• Drive operational excellence and ensure adherence to standards, policies and procedures.
• Monitor stock accuracy and inventory control, including stock takes.
• Ensure customer service SLAs and returns/ reverse logistics are managed.
