Job summary

LKQ is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our branch leadership team in the United Kingdom. The role spans retail, warehouse and fleet functions, reporting to the Branch Manager and collaborating with other Duty Managers to drive day-to-day branch performance.

You will lead operations and people, ensure an outstanding customer experience, manage KPIs and foster a safety-first culture, while supporting growth across UK & Europe.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience within retail, warehouse, logistics or distribution.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading the operation: support day-to-day running across retail, warehouse and fleet.
• Leading people: coaching, developing and performance conversations.
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience: champion a customer-first culture and resolve queries.
• Driving performance: monitor costs, payroll and productivity; achieve branch targets.
