Job summary

LKQ Europe in the United Kingdom is seeking a Duty Manager to join the branch leadership team. You will oversee day-to-day operations across retail, warehouse and fleet, drive standards, coach colleagues and champion a customer-first culture.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will lead a multi-skilled team, manage stock and KPIs, support recruitment, ensure safety and compliance, and contribute to improving service levels and branch performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in retail, warehouse, logistics or distribution.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading the day-to-day operation of the branch across retail, warehouse and fleet functions.

• Driving performance through KPIs, cost control and process improvements.
• Maintaining safety, compliance and stock control across the branch.
