LKQ Europe is seeking an experienced Duty Manager in the United Kingdom to lead the day-to-day branch operations across retail, warehouse and fleet functions. You will develop a high-performing team, deliver outstanding customer service and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

You will report to the Branch Manager and work with other Duty Managers to ensure safety, efficiency and commercial success while maintaining high standards of stock control and process discipline.

Formación

• Experience leading, coaching and developing teams within retail, warehouse, logistics or distribution.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day branch operations across retail, warehouse and fleet functions.
• Coach, motivate and develop colleagues; conduct performance conversations and development plans.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and champion a customer-first culture.
• Drive branch sales, profit and margin targets; monitor costs and productivity.
• Maintain safety, compliance and accurate records; manage audits and training requirements.
