Job summary

LKQ Bolton is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead daily operations across retail, warehouse and fleet. You will report to the Branch Manager and drive operational excellence while developing a high-performing team and delivering outstanding customer service.

You will monitor KPIs, manage stock, and uphold safety standards, creating a positive culture. This is a dynamic leadership role with real impact.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
• Previous supervisory or management experience within retail, warehouse, logistics or distribution.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience managing KPIs and operational performance.
• A customer-focused mindset with a drive to deliver outstanding service.
• Good knowledge of stock control and operational processes.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to influence business performance.
• Experience with fleet operations, inventory management or P&L responsibility would be advantageous but isn't essential.
