Job summary

LKQ is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to lead a busy UK branch, overseeing retail, warehouse and fleet operations. You will coach the team, drive high standards and ensure a top‑level customer experience while delivering strong performance across sales and operations.

You will promote safety, manage stock and costs, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise day-to-day activities. A flexible, customer‑focused leader is required.

Qualifications

Experience leading, coaching and developing teams in retail/warehouse settings.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day branch operations across retail, warehouse and fleet functions.
