Job summary
LKQ is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our branch leadership team. Reporting to the Branch Manager and working alongside other Duty Managers, you’ll lead the day‑to‑day operation of the branch across retail, warehouse and fleet functions, ensuring safety, service and commercial performance.

Qualifications
- Experience leading teams in retail, warehouse, logistics or distribution.
- Experience coaching and developing staff.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Full UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day branch operations across retail, warehouse and fleet.
- Ensure safety, efficiency and exceptional customer service.
- Manage stock accuracy and stock take activities.
- Maintain cash handling and stock procedures.
- Drive branch sales, profit and KPIs.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and development.
