Job summary
LKQ is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead a busy branch in Worthing, overseeing retail, warehouse and fleet operations. You will drive superb customer service, coach a high-performing team and ensure safety and efficiency daily.

Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or management experience within retail, warehouse, logistics or distribution.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience managing KPIs and operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operation of the branch across retail, warehouse and fleet.
- Coordinate resources for smooth operations and customer service.
- Maintain company standards, policies and procedures.
- Manage stock accuracy, inventory control and stock takes.
- Ensure pick-to-manifest targets and customer service SLAs.
- Oversee returns, warranties and reverse logistics processes.
- Support Click & Collect and delivery operations.
- Ensure fleet compliance, vehicle readiness and operational efficiency.
- Coach, motivate and develop colleagues.
- Recruitment, onboarding and succession planning.
