LKQ is seeking a Duty Manager to join our branch leadership team. You’ll report to the Branch Manager and help lead daily operations across retail, warehouse and fleet, while developing a high-performing team.

You will coach colleagues, deliver engaging daily briefings, participate in recruitment and onboarding, and uphold a positive, inclusive culture focused on exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in retail, warehouse, logistics or distribution.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day branch operation across retail, warehouse and fleet.
• Coordinate resources for smooth, efficient operations and excellent customer service.
• Drive operational excellence by maintaining company standards, policies and procedures.
• Manage stock accuracy, inventory control and stock takes.
• Ensure pick-to-manifest targets and customer service SLAs are met.
• Oversee returns, warranties and reverse logistics processes.
• Support Click & Collect and delivery operations.
• Ensure fleet compliance and vehicle readiness.
