Job summary

LKQ is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our branch leadership team in the UK. You will lead daily operations across retail, warehouse and fleet, coach and develop a high-performing team, and drive exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

You will report to the Branch Manager and play a pivotal role in achieving branch targets while maintaining safety, compliance and efficient processes. A full UK driving licence is required and helpful knowledge of fleet operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience managing KPIs and operational performance.
• Knowledge of stock control and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day branch operations across retail, warehouse and fleet functions.
• Coach, motivate and develop colleagues; support recruitment and succession planning.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and resolve queries efficiently.
• Drive branch sales, profit and margin targets; monitor costs and productivity.
• Maintain safety, compliance and governance across the branch.
• Ensure stock accuracy, responsibiliites for returns, warranties and reverse logistics.
• Oversee Click & Collect and delivery operations; ensure fleet readiness.
