Job summary

Bijoux De Mimi is seeking an Operations Manager to own the end-to-end operational backbone, including supply chain, demand planning, and global logistics. You will work directly with the Founder to build systems enabling rapid growth, in a tight-knit team emphasizing transparency and ownership.

This hybrid role (office days Tue/Thu) reports to the Founder & CEO and offers a flexible start date and a competitive salary. 28 days holiday plus your birthday off.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, or Demand Planning in fast-growing DTC ecommerce.
• Strong analytical background; able to build forecasting models.
• Experience booking shipments and liaising with 3PLs; manage logistics schedules.
• Proficient with Shopify and warehouse systems; ASNs and inventory reconciliation.
• Financial literacy: cash flow, carrying costs, spend decisions.
• Import/export experience: customs, tariffs, and international logistics.

Responsibilities

• Own demand planning and inventory strategy across regions; forecast stock needs.
• Lead production coordination with manufacturers; align with freight schedules.
• Manage global logistics, carrier bookings, and warehouse operations.
• Handle SKU management, barcodes, HS codes, and product data in Shopify.
• Own import/export decisions, duties, and export compliance.
• Provide strategic input to scale operations with founder-led guidance.
