Job summary

Bijoux De Mimi is hiring an Operations Manager to own the full operational backbone of a fast-growing, internationally scaling business. You will manage demand planning, inventory strategy, and global logistics, working directly with the Founder.

The role is hybrid with in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays in Chelsea, London, and flexible elsewhere. Expect autonomy, ownership, and meaningful influence on how we scale; 28 days holiday plus your birthday off, and a collaborative culture with regular

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, or Demand Planning for fast-growing DTC ecommerce.
• Strong analytical skills with forecasting abilities.
• Hands-on experience with shipments, lead times, and 3PL coordination.
• Proficiency with Shopify and WMS; familiarity with ASNs and inventory reconciliation.
• Financial literacy for cash flow, carrying costs, and spend decisions.
• Import/export experience across multiple geographies.
• Experience in jewellery, fashion or ecommerce.

Responsibilities

• Build and own forecasting models using historical data, growth rates, and seasonality to predict stock quantities across categories.
• Strategically allocate inventory across UK, EU, and US warehouses to maximise availability and minimise overstock.
• Manage supplier relationships, production timelines, and quality issues; coordinate with designers on launches.
• Oversee international shipments, ASNs, customs, and delivery schedules; maintain inventory sync between Shopify and WMS.
• Create and manage SKUs, barcodes, HS codes, weights, and pricing specs; ensure Shopify is the single source of truth.
• Own import/export decisions, routes, tariffs, and documentation; manage freight costs and duties.
• Provide strategic input to scale operations and improve efficiency.
