Job summary

Bijoux De Mimi is seeking an Operations Manager to own the operational backbone—supply chain, demand planning, and logistics—for a fast-growing jewelry brand with global ambitions. You will work closely with the Founder & CEO and implement systems that scale as the business expands.

You will lead inventory strategies across UK/EU/US, manage production timelines, and ensure accurate data in Shopify. The role offers hybrid work from Chelsea, London and strong potential for growth as the company

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, or Demand Planning in fast growth DTC e-commerce.
• Strong analytical background with forecasting and data skills.
• Experience in jewellery, fashion, or luxury goods is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own demand planning and inventory strategy across regions to maximise availability.
• Manage supply chain, production, and supplier relationships; coordinate with manufacturers.
• Lead global logistics, carrier bookings, customs, and warehouse ops; ensure timely shipments.
• Maintain Shopify data accuracy; manage SKUs, HS codes, weights, and pricing specs.
