Job summary

Bijoux De Mimi seeks an Operations Manager to own supply chain, demand planning and global logistics in a fast-growing jewellery/e-commerce business. You’ll report to the Founder & CEO and shape the systems enabling scalable growth.

Hybrid setup with in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays, 28 days holiday + birthday off, and a 3-month probation. Start date flexible for the right candidate. Strong collaboration with founder-led leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, or Demand Planning in fast growing DTC ecommerce
• Strong analytical background with forecasting models
• Experience with Shopify and warehouse management systems including ASNs
• Import/export experience with customs and duties
• Experience in jewellery, fashion or ecommerce

Responsibilities

• Build and own sales forecasting models across UK, EU, US
• Allocate inventory across warehouses to maximise availability
• Manage supplier orders, lead times, and production coordination
• Oversee international shipments, carriers, customs, and ASNs
• Maintain Shopify product data and ensure data accuracy across systems
• Identify cost savings and efficiency improvements in operations
