Job summary

Bijoux De Mimi is seeking an Operations Manager to own the end-to-end operational backbone for a fast-growing jewellery business. You’ll lead demand planning, inventory strategy, and global logistics with a founder-focused team in a hybrid setting.

You’ll build forecasting tools, manage multiple warehouses (UK/EU/US), and drive cost efficiencies while maintaining stock availability for rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, or Demand Planning in fast growing DTC ecommerce.
• Strong analytical background with spreadsheet and forecasting model skills.
• Experience booking shipments, managing lead times, and liaising with 3PLs.
• Proficiency with Shopify and warehouse management systems; inventory reconciliation.
• Understanding cash flow, inventory carrying costs, and spend decisions.
• Experience in jewellery, fashion or ecommerce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own demand planning, forecast models, and inventory strategy across regions.
• Manage production, supplier relations, and lead times with manufacturers.
• Oversee global logistics, shipments, ASNs, and warehouse coordination.
• Own product data, pricing points, and BOM coordination with teams.
• Drive strategic cost reductions and efficiencies in import/export workflows.
