Job summary

Bijoux De Mimi is seeking an Operations Manager to own end-to-end supply chain, demand planning and global logistics for a fast-growing jewellery brand. This role is hybrid, based in London, and reports to Founder & CEO Amelia Hitchcock-Merritt.

Start date is flexible and salary is competitive for the right person. You will build forecasting models, manage inventory across UK, EU and US warehouses, oversee production, coordinate international shipments and optimise supplier costs as the business

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, or Demand Planning in fast-growing DTC.
• Strong analytical background with forecasting model experience.
• Experience booking shipments, managing lead times, and liaising with 3PLs.
• Proficiency with Shopify and warehouse systems; handle ASNs and inventory reconciliation.
• Financial literacy and import/export experience with customs and tariffs.
• Experience in jewellery, fashion, or ecommerce.

Responsibilities

• Build and own forecasting models using historical data to predict stock quantities.
• Manage inventory across UK, EU, and US warehouses to maximise availability.
• Oversee production timelines, supplier relationships, and quality resolution.
• Book international shipments; manage customs, carrier schedules, and ASNs.
• Coordinate SKU data, HS codes, weights, and pricing on Shopify.
• Own import/export decisions and cost optimisations; drive scalable processes.
