Job summary

Bijoux De Mimi is seeking an Operations Manager to own end-to-end supply chain, demand planning, and global logistics. You will forecast stock, allocate inventory across UK, EU, and US warehouses, and drive pricing and margin decisions with data-backed insights.

You will lead production coordination, shipping schedules, and supplier relationships while maintaining strong data integrity between systems. A founder-led, flexible hybrid environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, or Demand Planning in fast growing DTC e commerce.
• Strong analytical background with spreadsheets and forecasting models.
• Day to day operations execution: booked shipments, lead times, 3PLs.
• Proficient with Shopify and inventory reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Demand planning and inventory strategy across UK, EU, US warehouses.
• Own supply chain, production management, and vendor relations.
• Global logistics oversight including freight and customs.
• SKU, barcodes, HS codes, and product data on Shopify.
• Strategic input to scale operations with founder guidance.
