Job summary

Bijoux De Mimi is seeking an Operations Manager to own the end-to-end operational backbone of a fast-growing jewellery business. You will lead demand planning, inventory strategy, and global logistics, working closely with the founder to build scalable processes across UK, EU, and US markets.

The role combines strategic forecasting with hands-on production and supplier management, aiming to keep stock well allocated and operationally resilient as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Operations or Demand Planning in fast-growing DTC fashion/e-commerce.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and ability to build forecasting models.
• Experience booking shipments, managing lead times and liaising with 3PLs.
• Proficiency with Shopify and warehouse management systems including ASNs.
• Understanding of cash flow, inventory carrying costs, and spend decisions.
• Experience in jewellery or fashion e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Build and own sales forecasting models using historical data and seasonality.
• Allocate inventory across UK, EU, US warehouses to maximise availability.
• Manage primary supplier relationships and production timelines.
• Oversee international shipments, customs, and freight schedules.
• Maintain Shopify data as the single source of truth for product data.
• Own import/export decisions and compliance across regions.
