Job summary

Bijoux De Mimi seeks an Operations Manager to own the operational backbone of a fast-growing jewellery e-commerce business. You’ll lead demand planning, inventory, and global logistics with autonomy, reporting to the Founder & CEO. Hybrid work in London, with a flexible start date and a 28-day holiday plus birthday off.

You’ll partner across teams to build scalable systems, optimize stock, and ensure data integrity across Shopify and warehouses as the business scales internationally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, or Demand Planning in fast-growing DTC ecommerce.
• Strong analytical background: economics, maths, or quantitative degree with spreadsheet focus.
• Day-to-day operations execution: bookings, lead times, 3PLs, logistics schedules.
• Proficiency with Shopify and warehouse management systems (ASNs, inventory reconciliation).
• Financial literacy: cash flow, carrying costs, spend decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own demand planning and inventory strategy to forecast stock and optimize allocation across regions.
• Lead supply chain and production management, align with designers and lead times.
• Oversee global logistics, shipments, customs, and warehouse SLA adherence.
• Manage SKU data, barcodes, HS codes, and Shopify product info as the single source of truth.
• Own import/export decisions, routes, tariffs, and export compliance.
• Provide strategic input to scale operations; drive cost savings and efficiency.
