Job summary

Bijoux De Mimi is seeking an Operations Manager to own the operational backbone, including supply chain, demand planning, and global logistics, in a fast-growing, founder-led environment. You will build systems, manage inventories across regions, and drive efficiency with a hands-on approach.

The role reports to the Founder & CEO and offers hybrid work with in-office days on Tuesdays and Thursdays. A collaborative, transparent culture awaits the right candidate with a strong track record in DTC

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, or Demand Planning in fast-growing DTC e-commerce.
• Strong analytical background in economics, maths, or quantitative degree with spreadsheet forecasting.
• Experience booking shipments, managing lead times, liaising with 3PLs, and coordinating logistics schedules.
• Proficiency with Shopify and warehouse management systems; familiarity with ASNs and inventory reconciliation.
• Financial literacy: cash flow, inventory carrying costs, and spend decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own Demand Planning & Inventory Strategy: forecast sales, allocate inventory across UK/EU/US warehouses, and set price points.
• Oversee Supply Chain & Production: manage supplier relationships, lead times, and product launches coordination.
• Lead Global Logistics & Warehouse Operations: manage international shipments, customs, and carrier relationships; ensure inventory synchronization between Shopify and WMS.
• Handle Collection Administration & SKU Management: ensure accurate SKUs, HS codes, descriptions, and barcode generation; upload data to Shopify.
• Own Commercial & Import/Export decisions: routes, HS codes, invoices, documentation, and cost controls.
• Provide Strategic Input & Problem Solving: identify gaps and scale operations with founder-led direction.
