Job summary

Bijoux De Mimi is seeking an Operations Manager to own the backbone of supply chain, demand planning, and global logistics as the business scales internationally. You’ll work directly with the Founder to build scalable systems in a fast-growing, bootstrapped environment.

The role requires strong forecasting, production scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration with jewelry, packaging suppliers, and warehouses across UK, EU, and US. Hybrid setup in London area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, or Demand Planning, preferably in fast growing DTC ecommerce.
• Strong analytical background with spreadsheet thinking and forecasting skills.
• Experience booking shipments, managing lead times, and coordinating with 3PLs.
• Proficiency with Shopify and warehouse systems and handling ASNs and inventory reconciliations.
• Familiarity with import/export and international logistics.

Responsibilities

• Own Demand Planning and Inventory Strategy across regions to maximise availability.
• Manage supplier relationships, production timelines, and quality resolutions.
• Oversee global logistics, carrier relationships, customs, and warehouse schedules.
• Ensure Shopify remains the single source of truth for product data, pricing, and SKUs.
